Sapphire Blooms is a pretty silk wrap dress with a low, relaxed neckline. Printed with Indigo and turquoise painterly flowers- the sleeves can be rolled up or down. Side splits are great for showing off tanned legs and it is easy to roll up and throw in your carry on.
