Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Handling All Robe de Voyage garments are handcrafted. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.

2. Delivery & Signature To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders require a signature upon receipt.

  • If no one is available to sign, the courier will leave a card and attempt two further deliveries.

  • After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to our headquarters.

3. Shipping Rates (Estimates)

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes For orders shipped outside the UK/EU, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, sales taxes, and local customs charges. Robe de Voyage cannot predict these charges and is not responsible for their payment.

Important: If a package is returned because a customer refuses to pay customs charges, we are unable to offer a refund for the returned goods.

5. Faulty Items Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us at hq@robedevoyage.com within 14 days of receipt. Items damaged through wear and tear or incorrect washing (not following our care instructions) will not be considered faulty.
